Building a schedule with RosterShare is straightforward. Enter your employees' names in the left column, then type their shift times into each day. You can add an optional position or role and any notes for the day. Use the date picker in the toolbar to set your schedule's start and end dates. When you're done, hit "Share Link" to get a URL you can send to your team, or use "Download PDF" to save a copy for printing.
Once your schedule is complete, click "Share Link" to generate a unique URL. Send this link to your employees so they can view the schedule online from any device. You can also email the schedule directly to your staff using the "Email" button. Need a physical copy? Print or download a PDF with a single click.

Absolutely. You can modify, cancel, upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with no additional cost. Your subscription is billed monthly, so any upgrades to your plan will be charged pro-rata. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Nope! RosterShare is a monthly subscription service. You can modify or cancel your plan at any time without additional charge, no questions asked. We want you to stay with RosterShare because you find our service useful, not because you're locked in. Upon commencement of a RosterShare subscription plan, you will be charged the specified amount to your payment source, then you will be automatically billed each month as on ongoing subscription.
If you cancel your plan, you will continue to be able to use RosterShare for the remainder of the period you have paid for. At the end of this period, your subscription features will be disabled and you will be set back to the free plan.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. All payments are handled securely via Stripe Payments.
