RosterShare provides an online employee scheduling and roster management platform. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limits.

Paid features require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
7. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

The RosterShare platform, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RosterShare and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RosterShare and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
